•Key lime EO/water recovered the highest volume of EO (16mL)

•For extraction of pectin, the highest yield in pH 1 at 24.4%, 45.7%, 10.8%


and 12.8% for key lime in water solvent residue, key lime in ethanol solvent
residue, calamansi lime ethanol solvent residue and calamansi lime water
solvent residue respectively.
