1. Sit on the floor with knees drawn up.

2. Gradually lower the back vertebra by vertebra.


3. Close the eyes slowly.
4. Make sure the middle of spine lies exactly on floor.
5. Adjust the back of the body
6. Extend one leg and other also.
7. Join both heels and knees.
8. Base of the skull should rest string on the floor.
9. Make sure that do not let the body tilt.
10. Pin the apex and do the needed.
11. Keep the feet together and stretch the outer edges of the heels.
12. And let the feet fall outwards evenly and freely.
13. Keep the back outer corner of knees touching floor.
14. Keep the hands away from the body forming an angle 15 to 20 degrees?
15. Bend the arms at the elbows and touching the shoulder tops with fingers.
16. Extend the triceps at the back and take the elbows towards the feet.
17. Extend the hands writs to knuckles and palms facing upwards.
18. Keep the fingers passive and relaxed and with back of the middle fingers touching the floor.
19. The sadhaka turns his gaze inwards and looks within himself.
20. Keep the root of the tongue passive as in sleep resting on lower plate.
21. Inhale normally and exhale slowly, softly, deeply and longer.
22. Make sure the head is straight and parallel.
23. At the breathing the chin moves up and down unconsciously , adjust this.
