4.0 PAYMENT TERMS:

4.1 Payment after 30 days from the date of handing over of the repaired material,
satisfactory working & receipt of original invoice copy.

5.0 TEST CERTIFICATES/ WARRANTY/MANUAL:

5.1 The warranty should be valid till 6 months from the date of handing over of
uJ repaired instruments as agreed by PRAFULLA ENTRPRISES.
