COST ANALYSIS
The determination of rate per unit of particular item of work, from the
cost of quantities of materials, the cost of labor and other materials
required for its completion is known as analysis of rate.”
Analysis of rate comprises of :-
Cost of materials
Cost of labors
Transportation charge considered for more than 8 km.
Tools and plants – 2.5 to 3 % o labors cost
Water charge – 1.5 to 2 % of total cost
Contractor profit – 10 % of the overall cost
