MOTION FOR EXTENSION TO SUBMIT COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

COMES NOW, Respondent, and unto this Honorable Office most

respectfully states:

1. That I have been directed to file the necessary counter-affidavit in the

above entitled case on or before _______________________;

2. That however, I have yet to secure the services of a counsel to be able to

fully defend my cause and thus will be needing an additional fifteen (15)
days from today, ___________________, or up to _________________, to give me
sufficient time so I can file my counter-affidavit intelligently; and

3. That this Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of this case
but only for reasons already stated above.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of

this Honorable Office that the Respondent be given an additional period of
fifteen (15) days or until October 31, 2019 within which to submit her
Counter-Affidavit and other documentary evidence.

Other reliefs that are just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
