The Finance Director will work closely with the MD in determining long-term financial goals and developing strategies to

achieve the financial objectives:

Personal and Interpersonal Competencies:

Direct the day-to-day accounting operations including oversight of accounts payable and receivable, and maintenance of
the general ledger

 Highly Analytical and can develop strategies based on data-driven business insight.
 Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company and make presentations to C suite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
 He should be responsible for developing benefit models to highlight quantifiable benefits and support business
case development for Corporate Board justifying further investments
 Produce financial reports for foundation and other funder grants; maintain shared grant reporting calendar due
dates and submissions, including all required financial deliverables as stated per grant awards and contracts
 He is responsible for analyzing controllership, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with
regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data,
monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial
information.
 Develop new market entry strategy – including new products/business lines and/or the expansion of current
products/business lines in new geographic location.
 Will work in collaboration with other functions to set and manage an integrated Business planning process
 Required to develop recommendations from complex data and business analyses and formulate them into
business plans.
 Play a key role in business planning, analysis, strategy development and constructing business models.
 Build an outside-in perspective with a strong understanding of the latest developments in the external macro and
business environment that supports strategic, operational and transactional decision making.
 Provide accurate forecasts and segmenting of products, channels and customers based on variables such as
volume, predictability of demand and product life-cycle stage.
 Monitor and align Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and accountabilities aligned to the overall strategy
