 Case Brief (3rd week )

The preparation of case brief commenced from a week before the submission i.e. 2nd
week of September

OCTOBER-

-Legal Research and writing-

 Research proposal-(3rd week )

The research for the project started from the first week of October. The process of
drafting started from the second week. The final project was prepared by second week of
the month.

-Jurisprudence

 Judgment analysis-(4th week)

The research for the project started from the second week of the month. The drafting
started from the third week and the project was completed by 3rd week.

-Contracts

 Indemnity clause-(4th week)

The project was started from the day our assignments were provided and were submitted
duly.
 Case brief-(4th week)
The reading of the judgment was done by 3rd week. The case brief was prepared by the
end of the third week.

-Criminal Litigation

 Two Case brief-( 2nd week )

The reading of both the judgments was done by the last week of September and the both
case briefs were completed by first week of October.

NOVEMBER –

-Legal Research and writing

 Article response (2nd week)- The selection and reading of the articles were done by last
week of October. The writing of the response started from the first week and was
completed by the second week.
 Case comment (2nd week)-The selection and reading of the case was done by last week of
October and the writing of the case comment was completed by the first week of
November.
 Article writing (3rd week)- The research for the project was done by 2nd week of
November and the writing of the project started from end of second week and was
completed by then.

-Constitution

 Case presentation-(3rd week) - The reading of the judgment was done by the second week
of November and the brief was prepared by the end of second week.

-Criminal Litigation

 1 case brief-(4th week)- The reading of the judgment was done by third week and the case
brief was prepared by end of third week.
