It should be possible and legal to exchange whatever files

you want

Today more than ever you can see that people are spending
more and more time on the Internet where they have the
opportunity to find information on any domain, to follow their
favorite artists, to download songs, documents or even
pictures. In my opinion, it is possible but not legal to exchange
whatever files you want to online, because this action can
compromise the image of an important person or his work.
Firstly, people have the opportunity and the freedom to
share or download the documents they like and attract them.
You can find just about anything you want on the Internet.
Music, movies, pictures, software, video games and even
whole books can be find and downloaded with a simple search
and a few clicks. For example, when a well-known singer
launches a new album, people who follow his career and who
are impressed by his talent will download the new songs
released in order to keep them on their playlist. The higher
number of appreciation of the album and downloads, the
higher singer will be in the top of artists.
Secondly, it is legal to download the files, pictures, songs,
movies that you like as long as you or the site from which you
want to do this maneuver respects the terms of confidentiality
and copyright. The latter refers to the fact that by
downloading, uploading or otherwise sharing copyrighted
works, you violate the copyright law, which gives copyright
owners the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute their
work. For example, people who do not want to spend money to
subscribe to HBO, NETFLIX, SCRIBD, SEE NOW and get
free premium music, movies, video games and TV shows
through a file sharing program, deprive them on artists and
copyright holders of payments they would normally
earn. Thus, the legality of downloading a document depends on
the nature of the file itself and this demonstrates that not all
file changes you want to connect online are always legal.
Some people argue that it is legal to change any files you
want to make online, because once they exist in the online
environment they can be used. This exposure to the online
environment does not arouse the person's(nu ii trezeste dubii)
doubts regarding the purpose for which the file was built or its
role. For example, people who find an important information,
a scene from a book or movie, a picture with a special
historical importance that they have looked for and who do not
impose any restrictions, they download it. They will not know
that they did an illegal act, because they considered their
action a natural fact.
In conclusion, it is possible to download or share files of
type: document, picture, film, video game, but it does not
ensure that the transfer of information was legal or illegal.
While some platforms do not offer transparency, and their
content is free, there are people who access them and after
they find that what they were looking for is for free they
downloud it, without knowing that they committed an illegal
act.
