 “WE PROVIDERS”
We are going to launch a new organization named “we providers”. It is a service
providing company and we works as intermediates.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to overcome the unemployment rate. Together we communicate
on a personal level listening to the individual need and providing a choice of
solution. We deliver what we promise building trust, building fans, one client and
candidate at a time. If we can over deliver we do. We create a tailored,
transparent recruitment experience, encouraging honest feedback and continual
improvement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
We work as a third party between organizations and candidates looking for job.
We will provide services to the candidates to find a good job and organizations to
get competent, smart working employees.

TARGET GROUP
We target the unemployed newly graduates who just finish their degrees. We will
target the age factor of 24-30 years. We will target both male and female.

PROBLEM/NEED ADRESSED
Unemployment is the major problem in the country and candidates have fewer
chances for finding a job. So we addressed their needs that are to finding a better
a job for them.
 MARKETING PLANS/APPROACHES
When the organizations need employees they will contact us and five details
about the criteria and specifications of the job, then we will give ads in different
channels like:

● Newspaper
● Social media
● Websites
● Roziroti.com
● Olx.com

PRICE RANGE/PROMOTIONS
We will charge a registration fee of 2500 from the candidates. When any
candidate wants to apply for a job, they have to register themselves. Registration
process will be done on the given website. The registration fee will be charge to
them. We will also provide first clients with special discounts so that we can build
a positive relationship.
