In relation with your asking about our condition last 5 years , we would like to
inform you as follows :

1. We are the only one producen in Indonesia,

2. All raw materials are import that it is make high cost for operasional,
but
3. Selling Price product market for local and export are low that it is
impact with PT. PON price product, because There is bad economy
condition in market caused economy crisis in any country like
Singapura and Malaysia expecially in Indonesia
4. During that time, due to poor business and bad economy condition.
Therefore the company have suffered limited working capital to
purchase the raw material without any credit term.
5. At the time, we were not able to make a forward contract, therefore all
the raw material has to purchase at spot rate.
6. Just mentioned that during that period the Operation cost is high as we
have two offices to support (Plant in Gresik and Jakarta Office ) and
low selling price.
7. Positif condition in 2006 years.
