Goal #2: Maximize instructional
time by creating effective and
meaningful subject transitions,
implement successful classroom
management routines and
integrate positive discipline
strategies. Instill responsibility
in students for themselves and
other classmates.
I chose this goal because I have
struggled with keeping a meaningful
flow between subjects. I often feel
awkward during subject transitions
and different parts of the day. I feel as
though I need to really focus on this
and keep the students involved with
knowing everyday classroom
routines. I will try to integrate student
led teaching by continuing to research
ways to instill responsibility into the
students. If I am feeling awkward, the
students are most likely feeling the
same way. I aim to make transitions
and instructional time more effective.
I have had some instances where
