Introduction:
The life cycle of the franchise agreement from the initial execution to the entrance into the
franchise system can be challenging. Along with this there are many other related issues such as
maintaining brand standards, guest complaints, integration of technology, and concerns about
increasing competition not only from other brands but the franchisor itself. With the creation of
new soft brands and the eventual defaults and termination fees which results from failure to either
maintain the brand standards, or decrease in revenue from placement of similar brands causes
endless problems for the owner. In most cases, while the top line may be maintained or even
increase, the bottom line profit keeps shrinking.
Objectives:
The main objective of this study is to access the legal issues related with franchise. Also this study
will attempt to find out the,
Obligations of a franchise contract both from franchisee and franchisor,
Present and future perspectives of franchise organizations in Bangladesh.
Methodology:
The study will be a descriptive and qualitative study. I want to use both the primary and secondary
sources of information for this study. I have a thinking to visit some franchise organization that is
related to this study to collect information that will be our primary source. And we will gather
information from different newspaper, articles, different website that will be the secondary source.
Some books related to this topic also used as a source of our information. Apart from these, some
statistical data will be used for this purpose.
Introduction:
Labor laws include age and sexual discrimination, immigration enforcement, disabilities, and
increased cost of labor. All these concerns add to the economic pressure placed on hotel owners.
The labor laws governing the hospitality industry -- hotels and motels, restaurants, air and land
travel, cruise ships and tourism -- may also apply to many other business types in the World. The
field of hospitality, collectively employing many thousands of workers around the world.
Research Objectives:
The main objective of this study is to accessing the existing labor laws in Bangladesh to identify
the lacking and possible scope to revise the labor laws. Besides this study will,
Compare national labor laws to international,
Policy instrument of government for implementing labor laws and its effectiveness.
Methodology:
The study will be a descriptive and qualitative study. I want to use both the primary and secondary
sources of information for this study. I have a thinking to visit some organization that is related to
this study to collect information that will be our primary source. And we will gather information
from different newspaper, articles, different website that will be the secondary source. Some books
related to this topic also used as a source of our information. Apart from these, some statistical
data will be used for this purpose.
Limitations:
But the study will have some limitations also such as lack of information; collecting them from
wrong sources etc. But above all, this research will help us to gather some important facts about
this culture wholly.
