Pick-up and drop the company's employees and staff to their intended destination

Monitors the two (2) company cars' condition

Inspects and maintains the company cars by performing support activities such as change of oil and
batteries and repairs some minor car issues

In-charge of the cleanliness of company cars by cleaning and washing the inside and outside parts of the
vehicle regularly

Performs administrative support/messenger tasks if needed

Minimum Qualifications

Must be familiar with the major and secondary roads in Metro Manila and nearby provinces

At least 2 years of experience as a company/taxi driver

Professional Driver’s License Holder

Candidate must have a good driving record with no to minimal traffic violation records

Must be presentable and has a pleasing personality

Good interpersonal skills, team player, fast learner and hard working

Must be knowledgeable about traffic rules and regulations

Must practice safe and defensive driving

Must dress appropriately in accordance with PRIME Philippines' dress code


Company drivers who are required to make deliveries are required to be knowledgeable about
standard delivery destinations and how to reach them in the most effective way. Even for picking and
dropping company executives, they need to know different routes within and outside the city.
Another important part of a company driver’s work is to assist with loading and unloading luggage or
delivery packages • The main responsibility of a company driver is to distribute promptly to the store,
and in some cases from the stores to other stores or back to the Head Office • Must check and count
the goods before loading them into his delivery vehicle. Any discrepancies between invoiced goods
and actual goods must be raised to the warehouse dispatch them • Must be able to handle and
organize documents effectively to serve as a means to track the transfer of accountability of goods
being transported. • Must be follow the route and time schedules as the Management will be tracking
his movement against a strict schedule. • Adhere to company operating policies and procedures. •
Maintain driving log record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours and complete daily
paperwork • Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products. • Follow local and
state driving laws and road regulations. • Maintain the vehicle clean and safe. • Report any case of
accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manage • Drive safely and deliver
products within deadlines. • Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire
pressure. • Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances. • Perform some other
undertakings like dropping, getting lunch, and running errands • Perform other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION • Safely and timely drive the employer to work and back, and to occasions •
Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places
authorized by the employer • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and
outside parts • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition •
Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out
minor repairs and maintenance where necessary • Consider different routes, check climate and
traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take • Safely keep receipts for
vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s) •
Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours • Carry out some
modest office undertakings like organizing records, and cleaning the employer’s office and desk •
Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Has
stellar experience in being a company or personal driver • No criminal or offense record • Patience in
dealing with traffic, has experience in driving elderly passengers is an advantage • Above average
mastery of routes in Manila, Taguig, Makati • Observes punctuality, always ready to respond to
employer’s emergency undertakings • Is willing to do long drives when necessary • Amenable at
working from Mondays to Saturdays, 10 am to 10 pm

• Provides transport services (i.e. driving) to the Regional Manager, company visitors, etc. • Takes
charge of the cleanliness of the company vehicle by cleaning it at the beginning of the day and right
before parking the said vehicle in company premises • Performs basic maintenance check of the
vehicle such as gasoline level check, oil level, brake and clutch fluid, water, air conditioning system,
electrical system and tire pressure among others

Qualifications :- Should have completed a Short-Course Certificate - Minimum of 1 year relevant


experience with a valid Professional License with restrictions 1, 2, 3- Must NOT have any derogatory
record on file- Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby areas. Open to Overtime (Minimum 4 hours a
day)....
