How would you evaluate

effectiveness of change processes made to address the nightclubs concerns against

agreed objectives? What should be done if the change was determined to be

ineffective?

I would monitor the situation, getting feedback from my staff via shift reports and

conducting regular meetings and speaking with individual team members. Evaluate

and review statistics on the number of Incident reports since new processes have

been implemented Regular communication with clients about changes and their

thoughts on the issue. If all these changes are deemed infective then I would re-

evaluate hazard control methods and conduct further risk assessment .
