Advantages:

1. This is a cost-effective method for sourcing potential employees.

2. Able to attract outside company’s normal radius and reach people in a wider

area

Disadvantages:

1. Only potential employee who visit an organisation’s website will see the

advertisement;

2. It requires organisations to constantly update and maintain their positions

vacant page.
