To whom it may concern,

I would like to recommend Aaron Young for any teaching program or

position. For the past two school years I have had the privilege to have
Aaron volunteer and observe my first-grade classes at both Endeavor
Elementary School in Nampa and now at Desert Sage Elementary School
in Boise.

My students looked forward to Mr. Young coming in and helping in the

classroom 1-3 times a week. He helped with Math last year and reading
this year. Aaron would watch my lesson and then work with small
groups of students that needed extra guidance. He would use the same
academic language I used with the students as well as strategies he saw
me introduce. Aaron was always early or on time. He came ready to jump
in and help-out with any student learning opportunity. He has excellent
skills with children; he is soft-spoken, kind, patient, and genuine. Aaron
is diligent and would take the time to explain a concept to a student until
they understood it. He wanted to make sure that the students were not
only learning but engaged and challenged as well. He is very balanced in
showing students that he cares for them as well as holding them to high
standards.

He has a positive impact on the students and would benefit any teaching
program or any classroom. I will be happy to provide any further
