Modules
Fryers with Dripboards less than 1in
Modules must not exceed dimensions of 24in x 24in and appliance areas of 24in x 25in.
Single Vat Deep Fryer with Dripboards 1in
Modules must not exceed 18in x 18in and an appliance area of 18in x 23in.

Ducts
Perimeter (in) Nozzle Type, Amount Location
0 to 50 ADP, 1 Center
50 to 100 ADP, 2 Center at ¼ points
100+ ADP, See below Center
0 to 75 ADP, 2 Center, 1 Plenum, 1 Duct

Divide the perimeter by 50, the integer answer is the number of nozzles needed.
Use Pythagorean theorem to get 0.5C, the maximum allowable diagonal.

Pipes
Pipes should be S40 black steel, chrome plated, or stainless steel; never galvanized.
The highest point shall not exceed 12ft, the rise of the supply line shall not exceed 4ft.
Maximum pipe volume, length limitations, flow points shall be obeyed.
