Dear SHS Grade 12 Parents,

Greetings of Peace!

In line with the mandate of Department of Education (DepEd) particularly the K to 12 program (Senior High School)
with its full implementation, the Holy Cross High School Grade 12 students will be having the Work Immersion as one
of the requirements for Graduation this SY 2019-2020. With this, the students will be exposed to and become familiar
with work-related environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence. Specifically, this
will help them develop good work habits, attitudes, appreciation and respect to work. These would guide them in
college as well as prepare them to meet the needs and challenges of employment or higher education after graduation.

In this connection, we would like to inform you that your son/daughter will undergo a work immersion from
November 4 – 15, 2019, Mondays to Fridays @7:30 -5:00 pm. He/ She will be assigned to the following Immersion
Site with checkmark:

 DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways – Dicklum, Manolo Fortich)

 LGU (Local Government Unit – Manolo Fortich)
 DEARBC (Camp Phillips & Damilag)
 PMH (Phillips Memorial Hospital – Camp Phillips)
 BCC (Bukidnon Community Cooperative – Camp Phillips)
 BPH (Bukidnon Provincial Hospital (San Miguel, Manolo Fortich)
 52nd Engineer Brigade PA (Manolo Fortich)
 DMPI (Del Monte Philippines Inc. – Camp Phillips)
We would like to request also your consent as parent/guardian on this said activity. Please fill up the parents permit
