Traffic Ticket Letter instructions:

This is process is based on how one living man (woman) on the land
handled a ticket for talking on the phone while traveling.

Ticket was marked, REFUSAL FOR CAUSE (in red ink), diagonally across
the face of the ticket.

This was sent by certified mail to the Law Enforcement Agency issuing the
ticket.

In this case, the agency returned the letter and ticket advising that they had
already sent citation to the court, and to take the matter up with them.

Close to one month later, the living man/woman received a “Courtesy

Notice” communicating the amount of “extortion bucks” they wanted paid,
with the option to appear in court approximately 3 weeks later. At this time,
the “Courtesy Notice” was marked “REFUSAL FOR CAUSE” (in red ink),
and returned with the second letter (Court).

Living man/woman’s spouse went to the courthouse on the date of the

hearing to discover what transpired when this living man/woman’s name
was called in court. Spouse didn’t find the living man/woman’s name on
docket, and after conducting a thorough search, left the court house.

In the late afternoon of that same day, living man/woman received a copy
of a MINUTE ORDER OF COURT PROCEEDING stating that: “The court
takes no action,” and “Defendant Released.”

company. Since I have already addressed this matter with (law enforcement
agency), I shall now address this matter with your company as well prior to
“…[my] appearance date…” by returning your presentment marked REFUSAL
FOR CAUSE.
