    Mati Fernández aka Mati-Gol is a Chilean soccer player who was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina

    his first football team was Colo-Colo, he played 112 games and scoring 57 goals, and actually he plays in
    Junior de Barranquilla, Colombia
    He has won the Chilean League in 2005 and 2006, Copa America 2015 among others
    In 2006 he was chosen as the best footballer of the year in South America and the same year he was elected
    as the Best Athlete of Chile
    in 2015 he was elected as the best midfielder in the history of Colo-Colo according to popular vote

    conclusion
    he is my favorite soccer player because the cups and the awards he won and for being one of the most
    experienced players in South America
