Moving From Critical Thinking to Rational Decision Making- KT

Synopsis : No day is free of problem philosophically life is not a straight line but zigzag. Any
problematic situation requires critical analysis of origins of problems which could enable the
definition of problem which could help towards solution using the standard techniques and then
evaluation the alternatives using the parametric evaluations on weightage scores and arriving at
the best solution. But catch is the solution perfect , no it requires a PDCA to check for future
problem triggers and then move towards clearing the same and then arrive at STANDARD. Kepner
Tregue is an model which follows the same modus path and the session looks at dwelling on the
same and arriving at individual department wise approach keeping the organization perspective in
mind.

Duration -2 days

Time : 9 am to 6pm

Objective: To gain an understanding of the problem and work logically in deciding on the solution
