* The University – Wide College Admission Test is administered only ONCE, as scheduled.

WVSUCAT GUIDELINES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1. The WVSUCAT is open to all Senior High School completers / graduates.
2. Application forms can be downloaded at wvsu.edu.ph (Main Campus) and are also available at the Registrar’s Office
of the Main and External Campuses.
3. Accomplished application forms and other requirements should be submitted / mailed to the Registrar’s Office of the
campus where the applicant intends to apply.
4. The following must be submitted with the application form:
a. Certified True Copy of the Report Card that reflects the grades in the 1 st Quarter or Certification that the
applicant is graduating in March 2020.
b. Two (2) recent identical 2x2 pictures with applicant’s signature at the back.
c. One (1) long white envelope with postage stamp (P24.00 postage stamp), for applicants who personally
submit CAT application form. Mailed application form must be accompanied with two (2) long white
envelopes with postage stamp (P24.00 postage stamp each) to be used for the Examination Permit and Test
Result Form.
5. Applicants who reach the cut – off score required by the College where they are to be admitted, proceeds to the next
stage of selection (interview, NAT, etc.) by the college / school. Applicants may still use the Test Result Form for
their application in their 2nd and 3rd priority course preference, if qualified.
