SWAPPING AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into and between FATIMA JANE GALIA MANATAD, SHS
T-II of Bato School of Fisheries, Bato, Leyte, and LIEZEL AGUILAR QUINAGING, SHS T-
II of Anahawan National High School, Anahawan, Bato, Leyte.

That we, both agree to swap places in our teaching assignment for the good of the
service.

That I, FATIMA JANE G. MANATAD, married to LORENZ JAY S. MANATAD, a

teacher III of Anahawan NHS and residing at Anahawan, Bato, Leyte, a graduate of Bachelor of
Secondary Education (BSEd) having passed the LET, and with 4-year experience as secondary
school teacher at Bato School of Fisheries, do willingly accept/reassign teaching assignment at
Anahawan National High School, Anahawan, Bato, Leyte.

That I, LIEZEL A. QUINAGING, married to KENNON C. QUINAGING, a resident of

Guerrero, Bato, Leyte, graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) with 3-year
experience as secondary school teacher at Anahawan National High School having passed the
LET, do willingly accept/reassign teaching assignment at Bato School of Fisheries, Bato, Leyte.

We, therefore say, that this agreement is entered into and between us through our own
volition without any coercion from anyone else.

The undersigned would like to seek transfer from her current station, Bato School of
Fisheries, Bato West District, Division of Leyte to Anahawan National High School, Bato East
District, Division of Leyte for the following reasons:

1. She is pregnant and has difficulty in travelling from her home to the school.
2. Her residence, Anahawan, Bato, Leyte, 12 km away from her current station, Bato
School of Fisheries, Bato, Leyte and Anahawan National High School is adjacent to
her residence.
3. She is joining her husband, Lorenz Jay S. Manatad, a teacher III of Anahawan NHS as
stated in RA No. 4670.
4. She wants to serve her own Barangay to the best of her ability.
