5) Floater switch to be provided in all water tanks

6) Missing vent pipe from holding tank to be provided

7) Lay one more 4 inches interconnection pipe between two holding tanks

8) All finishing fixtures invoice required to submit

9) Two individual outlet lines to be installed for both sewage pumps

10) Water proofing to be applied in both holding tanks

11) Holding maintenance access to be rectified

12) Fire breaching inlet cabinet to be properly fixed and supported

13) End cap to be fixed in spare main water inlet pipe

14) All panels should undergo load balancing according to the load consumption

15) Air condition unit to be fixed in pump room

16) Proper concrete foundation to be required for pumps in pump room

17) All pumps should require union valve installation

18) Proper access to be required to do maintenance in pump room

19) Flexible pipe connection to be required in above fire pump to manage the vibration

20) Leakage in cold water booster and transfer pump to be rectified

21) Disconnect isolator to be provided for fire pump control panel installed in pump room
