1.1 Context Diagram of the Online Enrollment System

In the current system, a student who has to enroll must first come to school to go through the process. Students are expected to deposit checks
or draft bankers at the cash office before a slip for the Faculty Officer is sent out. For long hours as well as at the enrollment centers (faculties),
students are queuing at the bank. Every student is required to provide during the enrollment process.

This is done in the first two weeks of re-opening, as the registration center is opened. Students must go to the Faculty Officer's office after that
period to be registered. A student who does not meet the deadline, in particular continuing students, attracts a penalty depending on the
number of days after the deadline. There's a time frame for the new students after which you're not allowed.

The present system requires the student's physical presence on campus. After paying the required fees, the student goes to the registration
center to continue the registration process. New students go to the programming unit to review their bio information and take passport
photographs to be registered after two weeks before they can go to their respective faculty offices.
