Project title on : online trade license and registration management

system for semera city

Abstract
This project entitled with “Online trade registration and license system” is designed to
help customers can send request online by providing their details personal information
to get trade license and renew license information.
System project mainly consists of five types of users. The customers who access the
information provided by the website ,the web administrator who create , update and
block user accounts with different roles and modifies and updates the information
available in the website, Officer view different customer pre-condition information’s
and renewal license ,accountant who view the approved applicant and register payment
and work coordinator who view report and give feedback. To give different services in
the system this five users needed.
Basically, this project major function is customer send request, officer approve the
requested applicant, officer prepare license, register trader, print license paper, and
announce license renewal date and generating report.
