My Teaching philosophy

“Teacher” what is this word mean? As student who studying for becoming
teacher, I still learn everyday a new meaning for this word. Being a teacher mean great
responsibility and means that you are the person who is going to prepare this student to
go out in the world and be whatever they want to be. The idea of me making a future
doctor or astronaut is just fascinating. The teacher not just play role in the student life
she/he become part of the student life, the student grows up and if you really make a
different in their life, they will remember us (teachers) forever. The students will always
remember the teacher who encourage them and help them through their life. I believe
the teacher can change the student life, how? Let’s assume we have a student who
struggle in his/her home like she doesn’t have the caring mother or father she/he don’t
get the love that they need. Here where the role of the teacher come the student keep
fighting and don’t want to study but the teacher can change that by giving him/her all
the support that they need. Now this student because of this teacher is sitting and
wants to learn just because of one simple act from the teacher she/he managed to
impact the student life.

COMMITMENT TO THE PROFESSION

Commitment, as a pupil I occasionally I don’t sense how deep this word is. Now when I
assume as a teacher, dedication emerge as something massive in my existence and I feel it a lot
when I go to colleges for my teaching practice. Being round 23 children, I feel a lot of
accountability and that what makes me attempt to be extra commitment. How I can be
dedication to my job? Being on time. The instructor must be on time and in no way be late.
There are many motives why I think this is very vital however overall the safety of the students.
That should be the instructor priority. Some students come to college very early and leaving
them unsupervised is very incorrect and dangerous. Also being commitment to the job, it
indicates how plenty you care about the job. Communicating with your students it is some other
way to show your genuine commitment. I believe that the pleasant teaching that I can supply to
my students is by way of speaking with them. Getting close with your students make you
analyze a lot about them and on occasion you examine from them. Having a fun class and
exciting is one of my goal as a future teacher. I desire my college students to have fun for the
duration of my classes and at the same time I favor them to learn. So, my main goal now is to
analyze how I can I mix these two collectively in the most useful way for the students. The cause
why I favor my students to have enjoyable studying in my lecture room is because I take into
account when I used to be a student, I cherished when the classification was once enjoyable and
if I loved the class even if it was once challenging situation I recall I was once making an attempt
my fantastic and I desired to try to recognize it.
 PLANNING FOR LEARNING

It is very important as a teacher to plan your lesson and be ready and well prepared for the
class. I trust planning for the lesson make it effortless for the teacher to give the lesson in the
easiest way.

As a future teacher, one of my goals is to have my instructions plans prepared week beforehand
before giving the lesson. How? I can do weekly plans. By the end of each week I must begin
planning for the week after. Also, to make it effortless planning I must accumulate all the
information that I want for the lesson, materials and making sure all my resources are ready.
The day by day planning is a very effective way to plan the lesson and to maintain me on track.
Sometimes I have difficulty to come up with ideas for the lesson or in the different phrases
having situation to plan a lesson because I constantly depends on my brain to come up with
thoughts for the lesson and I strive to now not use the internet. My 2nd goal is to use the
network to assist me to come up with ideas for the lesson. How I can use the web for my
instructions plan? There are many web sites that can assist me and can give me ideas for my
lessons. One of these websites known as Pinterest, it is very famous internet site among the
teachers, and it is full of ideas for any subject.

IMPLEMENTIMG LEARNING

After the planning it is time to give the lesson and as instructor it is my accountability to
supply a lesson that is enjoyable and full of information, due to the fact I believe a fun lesson
make the students apprehend properly and don’t feel bored. One of my dreams is to make my
lesson enjoyable and engaging at the same time. How? To make my lesson very exciting there
are no first-rate way than games. Kids love to play video games and I suppose it will be properly
to mix studying and games together, If the students need to remember their spelling words,
plan a “spelling bee” a contest in which participants are eliminated when they misspell a
word.(2019,Cox) My second goal is being able to give the lesson within the planned time frame.
I’ve always had trouble with my time management during the lessons. How? Try to make my
warmup short, make the assessment and closing as one. Make everyone involves this is a very
important thing during the implementing learning because if one group is

MANGING LEARINING

While giving the lesson, now and again the instructors face surprising situation such as
misbehavior or loses the students attention. One of my goals is to attempt to Address awful
behavior shortly if it occurs throughout my lesson I don’t ignore it because I might forget, or the
students will feel it is ok for them to behave like this in the classroom if I don’t address the
problem at the time it happens. How I can address the problem during the lesson? Firstly, I stop
the lesson and remind the students of the classroom rules if he/she broke one. I can use
ClassDojo if I see misbehavior and show them when I take points from them. This way the
students will know and understand that it’s not ok for them to act that way in the classroom.
During my school life I remember my teacher using this board to collect stars for the good
groups so using the old way not technology can help the teacher and if the teacher feel it is
right, she just needs to do it.
ASSESSMENT

Trying to make sure my students understand the lesson is very important because I can
see if they are ready to go for the next lesson. I always use oral assessment which I ask the
students questions by the end of each lesson, it is good way to know if my students understand
and one of my goals is to have another way of assessment such as peer assessment. Peer
assessment is when I let the students test each other knowledge. Also, by using technology
which I can play a video by the end of the lesson and then ask one simple question “who can tell
me what the video is about?” then I hear their answers and I can see if they understand the
lesson. Also, we cannot forget the online games which an effective way to make sure of the
student’s understanding. These ways are the perfect ways for the students because this
generation of students has grown with the technology all around them such as iPad, smart
phones and online games. So, we can say that they are familiar with this and what an amazing
idea is to connect their pervious knowledge of technology to their education.

REFLECTION

As a teacher it is very important to reflect on my lessons and on the way of my teaching,

because the more I reflect the more I improve. Reflecting helps me to know my strength and
weakness during my lesson. One of my goals is to try to reflect on my teaching every day. How?
Make it a part of my lesson plans. By adding a blank at the end of each lesson plan I make. This is
a good way because it always reminding me that I need to reflect on my lesson. Also, Peer
observations and reflections. Make one of my friends come to my class and observe one lesson
and then she gives me a feedback. (2016, Paul)

Also, not to forget the feedback, I believe getting a feedback from someone who has a lot of
experience in this field its helpful and useful for me to improve in the future. This person can tell
me my weakness and help me to improve myself, which that why the feedback is very
important.

conclusion
In conclusion, I believe anyone can be a teacher. Some people study to become teachers and
others like my mother or my father they can be my teachers. Both of them they never went to
school but they taught me a lot especially my father, he is a very old man and he has a lot of
experiences in life so he keep advising if I needed it advising and sometime he even tells me his
past stories which really help me when I’m struggle with some problem.
