Roles & Responsibilities –
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Spearheading end to end Recruitment process for various
departments by using Job Portal (Naukri, LinkedIn & Employee Reference. Responsible for
handling Induction, Joining Formalities and Exit Interviews.
 Compliance & Operations- Deployment letters like Offer letter, Appointment Letter,
Relieving letter, Increment Letter etc.
 Hand Holding & Grievance Handling- Taking care of the grievances of the employees as &
when required.

Payroll Management:
 Calculation & Processing salaries, Arrears & Incentive of employees through softech.
 Managing attendance of employees through Mentis software and Manual.

regular basis.
 Responsible for Generating the Challan of PF, ESIC etc.
Joining, Documentation & Other:
 Responsible for the induction of all new entrants & taking care of the joining formalities.

Roles & Responsibilities –

 Coordinating interviews for vacancies of different levels.

 Updating Employees’ Database with the information of new Joiner, transfer, increment &
promotion, idle/absconded status, termination & resignation etc. in Software & Excel.
 Maintaining database with details of selected, rejected and hold candidates.
