 Identification of OHS (Occupational Health Safety) risks, evaluation and remedial action.
 Ensured hazard identification, risk assessment, and integration were addressed prior to and during
organization's operations.
 Performed monthly safety audits and inspections to improve compliance
 Conduct initial safety induction training of new employees.
 Train and assist supervisors in conduction tool box meetings.
 Conduct safety meetings with top management.
 Authorized to stop any activity/operation at site which does not confirm to the OHS (Occupational Health
Safety) policy of the company.
 Investigate incidents and accidents, hence recommend safety measures.
 Preparing Site EHS Plan & reports (like Monthly MIS, Daily DSSR etc.)
 Regular testing and monitoring of the working environment (Air monitoring, Noise monitoring and
illumination monitoring etc.)
 Maintained good housekeeping at site and office.
 To keep ready Rescue, medical support and first Aid help for the personnel.
 Implementation of Welfare activities done for workers to provide safe & Healthy environment at site &
Hutment.
