Description of Service: The purpose of this consultancy is to solicit expert opinion in understanding the social, economic and legal implications of firstly, acquiring, rehabilitating, maintaining and managing identified set of properties in Tsumeb as a sustainably profitable business venture and secondly, to recommend possible “Youth Centered” recreational and empowerment projects and initiatives as part of community social upliftment investments at the same facility while taking into consideration the previous activities and services that were offered and its past benefits to the community at large.
