Sir,

It is respectfully submitted as under:

1. That my son Master Aarab Shabih is a Student of Class 9 C, St.

Joseph’s Academy, 45 Rajpur Road ,Dehradun.
2. That unfortunately I and my wie Shaifali recently got separated through decree of
divorce dated 03-04-2019.
3. That on 08-11-2019 through a message send by school authorities, I came to know
that the name of son Master Aarab Shabih has been change to Aarab Sharma
and upon enquiry from school authorities I got the knowledge that my former wife with
the help of forged and fabricated documents (Aadhar Card) with malafide intention had
managed to change the name of my son Master Aarab Shabih to Master Arab
Sharma without my knowledge and consent and further has submitted a registered
application form to the council for the registration of ICSE Delhi.
4. That being muslim law a father and natural guardian of Master Aarab Shabih
once again reiterates that the real name of my son is Mater Aarab Shabih and not
Aarab Sharma as I and my son still profess Islam Religion and the name of may son
is Aarab Shabih since birth which is recorded in all the relevant documents such a
school certificate .
5. That three year back I have change the name of my son from Aarab Shabih to
Aarab Aalam Khan and all the procedure for changing the name. presently as per
the record of Nagar Nigam Dehradun the name of my son is Aarab Aalam Khan
which could not be incorporated in the school record.
It is therefore respectfully prayed that may son’s ,name be kindly enrolled
with tha ICSE Council Indian School Certificate Examination in the name of Master
AARAB AALAM KHAN and not as AARAB SHARMA.
