Welcome and thank you for
becoming a Bamboo investor!

We started this company because we wanted access to foreign

investments as a way to protect our earnings from devaluation
and high inflation. When we found no easy way to do that, we
decided we’d build it. Not for ourselves alone, but for you, who
like us also want access to smarter investment options.

We’ve spent the last few years working hard to build a superior
investment platform and we are so happy that we finally get to
share it with you.

We want to give you the opportunity to grow your money and

earn real returns. Starting with access to US-listed stocks, we
will continue to diversify our investment options to provide you
with investment opportunities that help you build wealth in the
long term.

To help you get started, we have compiled a list of the key things
to know about your Bamboo account.

Our funding process is powered by Flutterwave, an

integrated payment and transaction processing
company registered with the Central Bank of Nigeria.

You can fund your account through multiple channels,

including your naira or US dollar debit and credit
cards, bank transfers, wire transfers and through your
Barter account. However, it takes 1 business day for
the funds to settle into your Bamboo wallet when
funding through naira channels.

Once funds are available for trading, you can buy and
sell all assets listed on the Bamboo app instantly. All
assets purchased on Bamboo are executed directly in
your name and you own them 100%.

Bamboo supports fractional investing for trading the

U.S Stock market. This means you can buy parts of
any stock based on how much you want to invest.

app. You can opt-in to receive alerts/notifications so
you know as they become available.
Key details on each security including, real-time
performance, statistics and history are available on
the app. However, we always advise that you do your
