I, LORENZO BALUYOT, of deceased veteran-stockholder, son of

FLORENCIO BALUYOT,of legal age, Filipino, single/married and a resident of
Brgy. Masaya, Bay, Laguna, Philippines, hereby voluntarily renounce and waive
all my rights/entitlement to the share of stock of the above-mentioned veteran-
stockholder in Philippine Veterans Bank in favor of LORENZO BALUYOT who is
hereby named, approved and constituted to be the sole recipient, to claim and
receive the proceeds of said share from the Philippine Veterans Bank.
