This refers to the expenses for this year’s Bar Operations which shall commence from
Novemeber 2, 2019 – November 23, 2019. Currently we have the following:

Solicitations Php 15,000.00

Cash assistance from School Php 20,000.00

The potential expenses for this Bar Operations are as follows:

Expenses:

Medicine Php 100 per person

Lunch Php 150 per person

Bottled Water Php 100 per person

Van Php 6000 per week

Dinner (Barristers and Prof) Php 3,000 per week

*Note: the Operators are constrained to prepare 15 kits for this operation

Hence for the final computation for four weeks, the amount shall be as follows:

Medicine Php 6000

Lunch Php 9000

Bottled water Php 6000

Van Php 24000

Dinner (barristers and Prof) Php 12,000

*Room accommodations are covered by the cash assistance from the School
The proposed budget for this operation is P100,000.00. Part of solicited money which amounts
to P9,874.00, were used to compensate the review materials for the bar candidates. Thus, we
