Transition is defined as a movement or change from one stage to another. The phases in the project lifecycle create the
roadmap for migration of knowledge, systems and operational capabilities from the client’s location to Hexaware BPS, either
in the “As-Is” or “To-Be-Defined” state. Processes and procedures, which are well-defined and documented, enable
deployment of changes successfully.
