All the above provisionally selected candidates are hereby directed to appear
before our Company Medical Officer at CMS, MOIL Ltd, Nagpur at 15/11/2019
at 09:30 A.M (empty stomach) for pre-employment medical examination. After
completion of said medical examination they are instructed to come to Head
Office, MOIL Ltd, MOIL Bhavan, 1-A Katol Road, Nagpur-440 013 for verification
of original documents. All the candidates are also instructed to produce
original documents along with a set of self attested copies of documents in
support of their date of birth, academic/professional qualification, experience
certificate, valid caste certificate issued by Competent Authority. In case of
OBC candidates non-creamy layer certificate issued by the Competent
Authority within 1 year is mandatory. Candidates who will not be able submit
documents as prescribed in our advertisement dated 25/05/2019 and also who
will found medically unfit, their provisional selection will be treated as
cancelled. Call letters for pre-medical examination and for document
verification have been dispatched through speed post. In case said letter is not
received by any candidate, he/she can directly appear for pre-medical
examination & document verification on the said date.
