OUR COMPANY
Readyman, Inc. (RMI) was established in 2004 as a private domestic corporation
engaged in providing manpower contracting services for large, well-established
companies in the Philippines.
Readyman, Inc. offers a range of services and solutions for the entire employment
cycle, including permanent, term and contractual employment; employee assess-
ment and selection; training; outplacement; outsourcing and consulting. Our clients
have the advantage of obtaining multiple services under one contract with a single
point of contract, making it easy for them to outsource these
services without administrative concerns.
With steady and continuous growth, Readyman, Inc. has now over 2000 personnel
deployed to our various clients. We have become one of the industry leaders in
providing highly skilled personnel for Warehouse and Logistics Operations.
Moreover, we have partnered with TESDA (Technical Education and Skills
Development Authority) accredited schools, which provide training for our
personnel on specialized skills such as tech-
nical and safety knowledge in using Material
Handling Equipment Standards (MHE). To date,
Readyman, Inc. is continuously expanding its
network and operations nationwide to be able
to readily respond to client’s requirements
whenever and wherever they are needed.
