CHAPTER IV

PRESENTATION OF PROJECT

This part of the project presents the Architectural, Structural, Electrical and

Plumbing plan of the Proposed Two-storey Multi-purpose Building.

Figure 4.1 shows the perspective of the Two-Storey Multi-purpose Building which

is located at Golingan I Brgy. Mabuhay, General Santos City, South Cotabato.

Figure 4.3 shows the site development plan of the Two-Storey Multi-purpose

Building which is located at Golingan I Brgy. Mabuhay, General Santos City, South

Cotabato. In site development plan it shows the position of the building in its lot area.

Figure 4.4 shows the Ground Floor Plan of the Two-Storey Multi-purpose

Building. A total area of 120 square meter convenience store. It has a two air-conditioned

unit, eating area, cashier counter, one comfort room and a stock room.

Figure 4.5 shows the Second Floor Plan of the Two-Storey Multi-purpose

Building. A total area of 120 square meter and consists of five rooms, in each rooms have

a one comfort room, and one bedroom and it has a fire exit.

total area of 120 square meter and it is for laundry area and recreational area.

this front view you can see the signage, translucent glass was used in the convenience

GENERAL NOTES
1. ALL ELECTRICAL WORKS SHALL CONFORM WITH THE LATEST EDITION
OF PHILIPPINE ELECTRICAL CODE AND STANDARDS SET BY THE LOCAL
AUTHORITIES.
2. STANDARD TYPE OF ACCESSORIES, SPLICING DEVICES TERMINATION
AND OTHER APPLIANCES FOR ENTIRE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
SHALL BE USED.
3. ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW AND OF APPROVED TYPE.
4. MINIMUM SIZE OF POWER LINES FOR LIGHTINGS AND OUTLETS SHALL
BE 2.0mmØ THWN COPPER WIRE,STRANDED.
5. ALL METAL FRAME SHALL BE PROPERLY GROUNDED AND BONDED
TOGETHER THAT SHALL CONFORM WITH THE LATEST EDITION OF
PHILIPPINE ELECTRICAL CODE.
6. CONVENIENCE OUTLETS SHALL BE LAID OUT 30.48cm ABOVE THE
FLOOR.
7. LIGHT SWITCHES SHALL BE MOUNTED ON THE WALL OF 1.40m ABOVE
THE FLOOR.
8. POWER LINES FROM THE TRANSFORMER GOING TO THE LIGHTING
PANEL SHALL BE CONCEALED IN A PVC PIPE.
9. MAIN DISTRIBUTION LINES SHALL BE IN WIRE TRAY AND POWER LINES
GOING TO ITS SPECIFIC LOAD SHALL BE CONCEALED IN A PVC PIPE.
ALL SPLICING SHALL BE DONE IN A SPLICING BOXES. THERE WILL BE
NO OPEN WIRING.
10. POWER SERVICE TO THE SUPPLIES SHALL BE 220 VOLTS.
11. ALL ELECTRICAL WORKS SHALL BE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION
OF A LICENSED ELECTRICAL OR MASTER ELECTRICIAN.
