2018 NOTE

Hello PCAS family! We had a busy week! Thanks to all the students and parents who helped and participated
in the special song and memory verses for this past Sabbath. The children did an AMAZING job!
Memorization skills were off the charts! Also the children this week had pajama day with a movie and popcorn
which they had a great time! We hope you enjoy your whole week off for Thanksgiving break, may you all be
blessed with your families. See you Monday December 2 nd and remember its noon dismissal that day!

 Just an extra info on Black Friday Busch Garden’s annual passes go on sale for a big
discount! If your family was already thinking of getting, you may consider to get it on that
day!
Make sure that your child is well rested on school days and especially the day of a test.
 Have fun on Thanksgiving break, enjoy your whole week off! Wishing all the PCAS Families

 December 7th is the PCAS Christmas program at the church, mark your calendars!
1. Give your child a well-rounded diet. A healthy body leads to a healthy,
active mind.
 A gentle reminder about uniform... All students must wear PCAS uniforms polo shirts. Colors
include hunter green and royal blue only. Shirts with logos other than the school logo are not
permitted. Skinny pants are not allowed. School uniforms are available Buffalo Graffix. You
can order online at http://www.buffalograffix.com. In store also available to order at 18320
Paulson Dr, Unit A, Port Charlotte, Fl 33954. If you have StepUp you must order in store.
 ATTENDANCE: If a student is ill or will be absent or will be absent or tardy for any
unscheduled reason, parents must call the school by 8:15am to inform the teacher that
their child will be absent or tardy and send a written excuse upon their return. Messages
may be left the night before or before school hours on the answering machine.

 Anyone arriving at campus after 8:00am must get a tardy slip from the school office before
going to their classroom. Four tardies in a 9-week period is considered excessive

Please remember to visit our school website concerning financial obligations, including tuition, lunches,
field trips, etc. At the bottom of the page you will see a PayPal link to handle all kinds of payments. If we

to speak to the principal or your child’s teacher, please make sure to schedule an appointment through
