    Cooling plant

    Cooling is used for brewing industry in both external and internal brewing process. For internal
    process used for brewing section, keg and filler where as in external they are used for
    fermentation vessel. In Gonder dashen brewery or in other brewing industry they are used
    ammonia and glycol as cooling media. Because of ammonia and glycol not converted to ice at
    temperature -300c and -160c respectively.
