Kapampangan's are well known for their passion in cooking and creating unique and
deliscious products. They are combining different ingredients to produce new and unfamiliar
product and sell it to public until it became popular. One of the examples of this is the cheese
bread of L.A Bakeshop. L.A Bakeshop is commonly known as the "Home of the Original Cheese
Bread" because they are the one who produce the first cheese bread in Pampanga. It is popular in
producing delicious and creamy bread that is made/bake as soon as the customer orders. L.A
Bakeshop started off as a simple bakery in 1985 under the management of Bunny Lim and her
family, and it is first located at G5 building, Manila North Road, San Fernando Pampanga.
The Owner thought about how they could grow their money without wasting anything.
Since most of their family members are good at cooking different dishes, they decided to open a
business which is the "L.A Bakeshop & Deli". They are making their products extra delicious
each day because they want their customers to make their purchase on the product worth it and
satisfied. Since then, the customers returned to their place because of the delicious soft and
creamy cheese bread they sell. As of this moment, because of their hard work and good

II. PRODUCT ITSELF
food products range from the ordinary to the exotic. When you come to Pampanga, there are so
many choices of food to taste for it is known as the “Culinary Capital of the Philippines.” Even
though there are so many food choices, the Pampanga is known also for making the best pastry
in the country for there are so many local bakeries that can be seen wherever you go. There's one
bakery that caught the whole Filipino's eye and now is famous even in National Capital Region,
the place for home-y feel scrumptious cheese bread and Spanish bread that come in boxes and
are freshly-baked: L.A. Bakeshop, the “Home of the Original Cheese Bread”.
If you are a bread lover like myself or are just looking for a simple appetizer to highlight
your meal, this mouth-watering cheese bread will surely nosh your taste buds. It is warm, soft,
buttery, and creamy bread. It could be easily eaten without a problem and can be pair with
anything such as coffee, milktea, juice or just water. Furthermore, the cheese bread is famous for
it is the LA Bakeshop who first discovered it. Some of the local Filipino bakeries are copied the

pieces of bread and it can be either pure Spanish bread that costs P210 pesos, pure Cheese bread
that costs P180 pesos, or mix cheese bread and Spanish bread that costs P195 pesos per box.
III. PROCEDURE
The following steps are the common steps in producing cheese bread.
Step1.
To make dough, mix all the needed ingredients such as: flour, yeast, sugar, salt, etc.)
Step2.
After 5 minutes, put the dough into the roller to make it flat and have a fine texture.
Step3.
Mold/cut the dough according to the desired shape and size. (Note: 1 inch/piece)
Step4.
Roll the cheese in a plate with full of cheese and set aside the dough for 30 minutes to 1
hour.

Set aside and get ready to put the finish product in a packaging.
