ROLE SUMMARY

As part of GCPL CMI team, you would be working closely with the business stakeholders including
CEO to understand and deliver analysis on their needs from the Retail Panel (Nielsen RMS), HH
Panel (IMRB KWP), internal Sales system, Brand Track, etc.
In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for Retail & Household Panel data report
generation & managing continuous on going deliverables from RMS & KWP.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

 Be accountable for all syndicated & continuous data reports & analysis for the business
o Generating monthly data reports from RMS, KWP, Sales data using standard software
o Obtaining data for research study design & MID inputs e.g. TG proportions, category size,
WtD, etc.
o Understanding ad-hoc data analysis requests from marketing team and getting these
executed with agencies

 Maintaining data quality


o Monitoring coverage of panel estimates and working with agencies on improvement plans
where ever required

 Capability Building
o Leading frequent inductions on RMS, KWP with brand, sales, finance teams

 Subscription requests and negotiations


o Interacting with agency partners on subscription requests along with negotiations

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS


Graduate from an accredited institute
2-3 years of experience in a Market Research Agency or a similar role
Should have hands-on experience with KWP/ IMRB Household Panel or Nielsen Retail Panel

SKILLS REQUIRED
 Proficiency in English – reading, writing and speaking
 Ability to use Excel with key functions
 Ability to make Excel reports with summaries
 Ability to analyze and interpret data in an insightful manner
 Ability to interact with senior stakeholders to understand their requests
 Efficient time management, ability to multi-task and detail oriented
