The proposed business name is Diozondam De La Restaurante. This name was


gotten from the three owners last name, means De Dios, Piczon, and Radam. the
Diozondam De La Restaurante is a start-up Spanish restaurant that intends to sell a different
Spanish foods. The business is located at Barangay Dumalo-ong Gandara, Samar.

 Names and address of business owners

Diozondam De La Restaurante is incorporated in the state of Gandara, Samar. It is


equally owned and manage by its three partners.

Ms. Maila De Dios has entensive experience in sales, and marketing. Ms.
Maila De Dios is from Barangay Nacube Gandara, Samar.

Ms. Bryelle Piczon brings experience in the area of financial and


administration. Ms. Bryelle Piczon is from Barangay Dumalo-ong Gandara, Samar
where the restaurant is located.

Mr. Gianne Carlo Radam brings the experience in management. Mr. Gianne
Carlo Radam is from Barangay Minda Gandara, Samar.

The company intends to hire two full-time chef, one full-time accountant,
one part-time delivery driver and three part-time waiters to handle customer
service and day to day operation.

 Nature of business

Diozondam De La Restaurante main goal is to promote the product through


an aggressive business advantage. In this case, the profitability of the compony
comes from the consumers who pay for their services and products, which are
mainly comprised of edible products. As a business, we, entrepreneur should
prepare the most important ingredients to create a perfect recipe to provide the
consumers the most delicious food that they deserved.
 Statement and financial needed

Diozondam De La Restaurante expects to raise 300,000 pesos of its own capital,


and to borrow 1,000,000 pesos guaranteed by the National Livelihood Support Fund as a
ten-year loan. This provides the bulk of the current financing required.

Diozondam De La Restaurante anticipates sales of about 431,600 pesos in the first


year, 1,693,000 pesos in the second year, and 2,539,500 pesos in the third year of the plan.
Diozondam De La Restaurante should break even by the fourth month of its operation as
it steadily increases its sales. Profits for this time period are expected to be compony does
not anticipate any cash flow problems.
