People always have a person whom they enormously admire.

To me, Kim Nam

Joon, also known as RM, the leader of the group BTS is the famous person I admire
most.
(Do you know BTS? Well, today I’ll tell you about the man I admire most. He is a
member of BTS. His name is Kim Nam Joon, also known as RM, the leader of the
group BTS.)
RM was born on September 12, 1994, in Ilsan, South Korea. He has currently
enrolled to Global Cyber University. He’s really smart with an IQ of 148. He was
previously ranked in the top 1.3% of the nation in his high school exams. He
achieved an 850 on the TOEIC when he was in junior high. Alongside his native
language Korean, he is also fluent in English and Japanese.
Considering his academic performance, his parents expected him to take up a
regular job. However, he loves music and he wanted to be a rapper. In 2010,
RM was recruited as BTS' first member during a Big Hit Entertainment audition.
He trained for years with other members and made his debut as a member of
BTS on June 13, 2013, as a rapper, a producer and a songwriter. You know that
BTS is famous for many things, and one of the most important one is their music
and the messages they have been sharing and inspiring. BTS are heavily involved in
their music production and RM, he has produced and written lyrics for a variety of
tracks on all of BTS' albums. RM, as BTS speaks out about issues like the young
without dreams or students being overwhelmed by the expectations placed on
them, etc. In 2017, BTS launches 'Love Myself' campaign with UNICEF to #ENDViolence
against children. Recently, in a speech at the UN to help launch an initiative called
Generation Unlimited with UNICEF, RM called for all young people — regardless of
race, gender identity, or background — to rise up, use their voices, and make sure
the world hears them.

RM, as BTS had a humble beginning, but because of being hard-working and not
giving up their dreams, now BTS got many achievements. They are the biggest
motivation for me to study hard, realize my dream and love myself, love yourself.
Finally, I’ll show you the part of RM’s speech at the UN which I impressed most.
