QUALITY ASSURANCE

A Quality Assurance is an important aspect of providing goods and services. It is said the
maintenance or activities in a quality system that ensure the fulfillment of quality requirements and
preventing the mistakes and problems in a product or services. For our business of funeral, quality
assurance is essential to ensure that the families will receive the care and services as well as they
expect. This also important to keep standards met.

Here are some Quality Assurance

 Reviewing Products and services- to maintain to supervise the standards need and review if the
product has its qualification need.
 Extensive Training- employees must have their proper training to do their job well
 Close Supervisor- the supervision of all employees and workers if they are working properly
based on the specific standards.
 Evaluation- must conduct regular testing and evaluation and call specialists, example for the
formalin that is being inject in the body of the deceased whether it preserved the body for days.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control gives a set of standard or requirements that is need to meet for maintaining and
deliver a good quality of goods and services.

 Obtaining the License

- An education and profession in funeral service is commonly required to the director of the
business to obtain a license. The director must have apprenticeship requirements at least one
year before taking board exam and continuing education classes for the good progress of the
business.
 Security and Private Space
-Holding and treating dead bodies may present a health risk, and make sure that the every area
in the building must planned well. Especially if having a crematory room, it will need an air
quality control permit.
 Price and Services
-Must let the customers know first that they are not obliged to buy a package of funeral services
and purchase their choice of individual services and products. The Price of every services
depends on its package deal that is being chose by the customers.
 Hire Expert and Certified Staff
-To handle the job well done and to execute properly as result of good services. For example
embalmer, make-up artist, crematory operator, mortician etc. that is important to be certified
and must have knowledge about their job.
