We would like to bring in your kind notice that we have participated in the Rate contract
No. CSIDC/MKD/13-14/85/01 of CSIDC (Chhattisgarh Government) for the year 2013-14.
In the said reference, we have submitted an earnest money deposit of Rs. 25 Lacs (Rs.
Twenty Five Lacs only) in the form of Demand draft drawn in favour of CSIDC ltd but the
said tender has been cancelled. Therefore it is requested to kindly refund the EMD amount
to the on the production of this letter.
