 Safety incorporated into SOP’s not stand alone documents


 Must include operation from start to finish
 Breakdown by types of work/locations/ etc.
 Must know process(es) - observation/interaction with employees necessary
 Write in simple form and have reviewed by those performing tasks
 Review after implementation and when changes to processes occur
 Training and revisions
