WHEREAS the Assignor is the Vendee involving a piece of real property Single Detached

That the “Assignor” hereby assigns, transfers, conveys and waives in favor of the
“Assignee” all his rights and interest in the afore-described real property subject to the existing
encumbrances and obligations against the said property;

That the “Assignee” hereby agrees to take over the rights and obligations of the said
property as evidenced by the signature of signifying its conformity to this transactions.
