Diabetes diagnosis using machine learning algorithm

Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus or simply diabetes is a disease caused due to the increasing level of blood
glucose. Various traditional methods, depend on physical and chemical tests, are available
for diagnosing diabetes. In the enervating diagnosis process, the patient has to visit a
diagnostic center and then consult doctor. This critical problem can be resolved using the
machine learning algorithms. The machine learning techniques can be effectively applied
for diabetes prediction. The objective of this paper is to design a model which can most
accurately identify the possibility of diabetes in patients. This experiment aims to prove
that ANN (Artificial Neural Network) is the efficient algorithm to provide better accuracy
for the diabetes prediction.
