ABSTRACT

" Analysis of Factors Associated With Pregnancy Compliance In Consuming


Tablet FE At PHC Rancah Ciamis”

Preliminary
According to WHO the incidence of pregnant anemia ranges from 20% to 89% by
setting Hb 11 gr% as the basis. WHO reports that the prevalence of pregnant women
with iron deficiency is around 35-75%, and it increases with the gestational age. Iron
deficiency anemia is more likely to occur in developing countries compared to
developed countries. Thirty-six percent (or around 1400 million people) of the
estimated population of 3800 million people in developing countries suffer from
anemia, while the prevalence in developed countries is only around 8% (or
approximately 100 million people) of the estimated population of 1200 million
people. (Amiruddin, 2010).
Research methods
This type of research is Observation with the Cross Sectional Study approach, with
the aim to see the factors that influence the compliance of pregnant women in
consuming Fe tablets in the Health Center in Ciamis Regency.
The sample in this study were all pregnant women who came for a check-up at the
Rancah Health Center in Ciamis Regency with a total of 25 pregnant women, with
sampling using the Purposive Sampling technique ie only pregnant women who
fulfilled the conditions selected as samples.
Research result
The results of statistical analysis obtained the value of fisher's exact test p value of
0.021 <0.05 this means that the level of knowledge is related to compliance with
pregnant women.Statistical analysis results obtained fisher's exact test value of p
value 0.017 <0.05 this means that side effects associated with compliance with
pregnant women.The results of statistical analysis obtained the value of fisher's exact
test p value of 0.021 <0.05 this means that family support is related to compliance of
pregnant women.Statistical analysis results obtained fisher's exact test value or p
value of 0.058 <0.05 this means that Yankes access is not related to compliance of
pregnant women.
Conclusion
There is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about iron tablets
with the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets.There is a
relationship between the side effects of iron tablets with the compliance of pregnant
women in consuming iron tablets.There is a relationship between family support and
compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets.There is no relationship
between access to health services with compliance of pregnant women in consuming
iron tablets.
FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE EVENT OF TIFOID DISEASE IN
PUSKESMAS SADANANYA CIAMIS DISTRICT

Data from Puskesmas Sadananya the number of typhoid sufferers has increased from
year to year, in 2016 the number of people suffering from typhoid fever were 110
people and in 2017 as many as 489 people (Medical Record of Puskesmas
Sadananya, 2017) so that researchers are interested in examining what factors are
which influences the incidence of typhoid in the Sadananya Health Center in Ciamis
District. The purpose of the study is to find out in general the factors that influence
the incidence of typhoid in the Sadananya Health Center in the District of Ciamis.
Research methods
The research method used is cross sectional, in which the researcher only observes
and measures variables at one particular time. Measurement of variables is not
limited to be exact at one time, but it means that each subject is only subjected to one
measurement, without being carried out follow-up or repeat measurements. The
cross-sectional study can be applied to clinical and field research, both descriptive
and analytic. (Saryono, 2011). Population in this study all head of families and
typhoid sufferers who take treatment at the Puskesmas Sadananya Puskesmas Ciamis
in October until December 2018, there were 32 people. The sample selection in this
study is a non-random technique (non-probability sample) that is consecutive
sampling where samples are taken from all subjects who meet and meet the selection
criteria until the number of subjects is met. (Saryono, 2011). The number of samples
in this study were 32 people
Research result
The results of the statistical test found that knowledge (p = 0,000), behavior (p =
0,000) and environment (p = 0,000) that influenced the incidence of typhoid in the
Sadananya Health Center in Ciamis District.
Conclusion
Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the community, especially
respondents, will take better care of their health and environment so that they are
more clean and health workers provide more information to the public about typhoid
disease.
